Take Parks & Recreation Survey for Chance to Win
 
Complete the Lee County Parks & Recreation 2015 Needs Assessment Survey for a chance to win a free parking sticker, pool pass or weight room pass. The annual survey will help the department plan and assess its facilities and programs while satisfying the needs of its users.

Fort Myers Beach Park & Ride Lot Has Moved
 

Passengers taking the LeeTran trolley to Fort Myers Beach should now park in a lot at 11390 Summerlin Square Drive (across the street from the former Park & Ride lot). The new lot has 85 paved parking spots, and parking is free. For information, call 239-533-8726, option 1; or visit www.rideleetran.com.

Electric Bill Help for Low-Income Residents

Lee County Human Services can help low-income households pay electric bills through the Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program. To qualify for assistance, Lee County residents must meet income guidelines and other requirements. Maximum annual household incomes range from $17,505 for a single-person household up to $47,995 for a family of six.

Can’t Make It to a Board Meeting? Submit an Ecomment

Members of the public who are unable to attend the Lee County Commission's Regular Board Meetings can still share their opinions on agenda items with the Board through “Ecomments.” Once the agenda is posted online for the next Regular Board Meeting, submit your comment electronically by clicking on the agenda item. Then click the “Make a Comment” button that appears in the right column. The deadline to submit comments is 8 a.m. the Monday prior to the meeting.
